IPABRA National Show Horse Sire Nomination Program

In response to the positive interest expressed in the 1999 survey, IPABRA will now be running a National Show Horse sire nomination program. Like the real registry, this will allow breeders to add another “feather in the cap” for those stallions suited for siring NSHs. Breeders are not required to use the program - it is offered only as a benefit for your breeding program.

The cost to register a sire in the program is $1.00 per horse and a LSASE and should be sent to Chris Wallbruch, 321 N. Martha, Lombard, IL 60148. Please send the stallion's name, age, breed (you may nominate purebred Arabians, purebred Saddlebreds, or National Show Horses), sire, dam, make, mold, color, markings, and your name and address. Like the real registry, the fee is deliberately kept a little high so only the best stallions out of a stable should be chosen to participate in the program.

Members may also pay for their NSH nominations by PayPal, sent to wombats@earthlink.net. NSH nomination certificates paid for by PayPal will be sent back via e-mail.

Nominating your sire will benefit you by...

  • Receiving a certificate stating that your stallion has received a lifetime IPABRA NSH Sire Status.

  • Full IPABRA NSH Sire Status advertising rights on your s/d list and website.

  • The IPABRA Stud Book will signify that your sire has been nominated to further increase your stallion’s popularity.

We hope that you will take advantage of this fledgling program and send in the very best of your Arab, Saddlebred, and NSH sires to receive this prestigious status!
