Here are the High Point Award winners for 1999. These points come from a lifetime of IPABRA shows and are awarded annually. Due to the success of some of our models in the show ring, we have created two new titles: SLOM (Supreme Legion of Merit, for horses who have earned at least 5000 points in a division), and POM (Pinnacle of Merit, for horses who have earned at least 10,000 points in a division).
